  40. standalone product or included with your own product.

  44. Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly.

  49. Separation of Components.
  50. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a single product. Its component
  51. parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer.

  53. Software Transfer.
  54. You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this EULA,
  55. provided the recipient agrees to the terms of this EULA.

  57. Termination.
  58. Without prejudice to any other rights, the Author of this Software
  59. may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and
  60. conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies
  61. of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts.

  63. Distribution.
  64. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be sold or be included in a product or
  65. package which intends to receive benefits through the inclusion of
  66. the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be included in any
  67. free or non-profit packages or products.

  69. 3. COPYRIGHT.
  70. All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
  71. (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations,
  72. video, audio, music, text, and "applets" incorporated into the
  73. SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the accompanying printed materials, and any
  74. copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by the Author of this
  75. Software. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws
  76. and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat
  77. the SOFTWARE PRODUCT like any other copyrighted material except
  78. that you may install the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single computer
  79. provided you keep the original solely for backup or archival
  80. purposes.

  84. RESTRICTED RIGHTS. Use, duplication, or disclosure by the

  86. subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and
  87. Computer Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013 or subparagraphs
  88. (c)(1) and (2) of the Commercial Computer Software-Restricted

  114. purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use

  118. In no event shall the author of this Software be liable for any
  119. damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for
  120. loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business

  122. of or inability to use this product, even if the Author of this
  123. Software has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  124. Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion
  125. or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages,
